• Convenient Delivery Scheduling: Once your item arrives at your local freight center, the shipping company will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
• Required Signature: For your security and to confirm successful delivery, a signature will be required at the time of receiving your freight shipment.

For Smaller Products (Ground Shipping):

• Standard Delivery: Products weighing under approximately 150 lbs. will be shipped efficiently via ground delivery using trusted carriers like FedEx or UPS.

Processing & Tracking Your Order:

• Prompt Dispatch: If your order is in stock and your payment has been successfully processed, your equipment will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
• Real-time Tracking: We'll keep you informed! You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.

• Note Damage on Bill of Lading (Freight Shipments): If you observe any visible damage to the item or its packaging, it is crucial to make a clear note of this damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for any freight (LTL) shipment.
• Contact Us Promptly: Contact us immediately with your order number and provide clear photos or videos to document any damage that may have occurred during transit.
• Our Solution: Upon verification, we will promptly either replace the damaged item at no extra cost to you, or provide clear instructions for return shipping and issue a full refund.
